1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after daily processing cutoff will be processed on the next business day. No weekend or holiday processing.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is temporarily unavailable.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment dispatch
• Expedited Shipping (optional): 2–3 business days after dispatch
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and shipping distance.
Free standard shipping is offered for all domestic orders with a subtotal of $79 or more before tax and shipping fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a valid tracking number will be sent automatically. You may track your shipment on the carrier’s official website.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
• Damaged items: Customers must submit photo evidence of damaged products and packaging within 7 calendar days after delivery for replacement or full refund.
• Lost packages: Full refund or reshipment will be provided after official carrier lost confirmation.
7. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier backlogs, extreme weather, customs checks, or force majeure events beyond our control. We will actively assist with tracking and inquiries.
